The program focuses on on‑the‑job development of a client book, supplemented by parallel education to build the foundation for a career as a Relationship Manager.

Responsibilities

• Develop into a successful Relationship Manager by completing the training program and meeting financial and educational targets.
• Build a book of clients from your own network of wealthy individuals in the target markets.
• Establish long‑term mutually beneficial relationships with clients.
• Continuously grow your network through referrals and by identifying new prospects.
• Acquire the necessary knowledge and sales skills to deliver the UBS value proposition to clients, including timely completion of mandatory trainings and the Wealth Management Certificate.
