Occasional travel to AIM HQ in Derby may be required The role: AIM Associate Qualification/Assessment Developer 'Assessment with integrity' is the tagline for AIM assessment. Integrity can be defined as 'someone's high artistic standards or standards of doing their job, and that person's determination not to lower those standards.' Assessment developers are experts in this field; therefore, we are looking for people who can apply their skills and experience to developing diverse materials such as qualification content, case studies, research proposals and scenario-based questions.
