Position Title: Associate Relations Specialist (PHL)

Shift: 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM (Philippines)

Job Description: Responsible for serving as the primary point of contact for associates and management for non‑complex associate relations issues including attendance, policy questions, associate complaints, and coaching. Primary duties may include providing advice, guidance, and coaching to associates and managers based on policies and legal consultation, and in accordance with employment laws and regulations. Responsibilities also encompass case creation, tracking, and reporting; assisting with the ARRT system and tool concerns; managing the ARRT mailbox; and providing data management support to Legal and investigators.

Qualification: Requires a BA/BS degree; 1 year of human resources experience; or any combination of education and experience that provides an equivalent background.
