In this role you will lead and develop a sales team focused on consultative HCM solutions for clients, driving revenue and market share. You will ensure disciplined execution of ADP’s sales processes, coach for performance, and partner with cross-functional teams to optimize pipeline and customer outcomes. Your leadership will accelerate talent, strengthen forecast accuracy, and uphold a customer-centric culture.
