We are looking for a talented and experienced Associate Security Engineer will work closely with Client's Managed Security Controls unit. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in network security, identity management, and endpoint protection technologies. You'll work alongside experienced engineers and contribute to real-world projects that protect enterprise environments.

• Assist in responding to technical support inquiries related to Network Security products (Firewalls, email security, DLP solutions, Broadcom IGA, Symantec EDR etc.)
• Help analyze and troubleshoot basic technical issues under the guidance of senior engineers
• Document support cases, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in the ticketing system
