Position Summary: The Associate Services Support Coordinator provides individualized support services to associates through advocacy, community resource coordination, employment support, and implementation of individualized support strategies. This role assists associates in accessing resources, supporting associates in their facility-based employment choice, and building skills that promote independence and personal growth. The Associate Services Support Coordinator will also support continuity of Occupational Therapy services designed through community partnerships and internship collaborations while strengthening associate engagement and community outreach efforts. This role requires a flexible, personable, and highly organized individual with strong rapport-building skills and a passion for advocacy and individualized support.
