Our client is a regional C/S consultancy with offices across APAC. They have expanded in SG in the last 2 years and already have a healthy pipeline, hence seeking an Associate to lead on projects as well as business development.
Job Description: - Managing projects or project components, budgets, schedules, quality assurance and client feedback and ensuring effective communication of any changes/modifications.
- Assisting in workload management and resource forecasting and involved in preparation of proposal documentation.
- Reviewing and ensuring compliance, including drawings, reports, specifications, survey, access, and preparation of appraisals.
- Building and maintaining effective relationships with clients, recognizing, and developing potential business opportunities.
