Working with a small team of dynamic individuals, the Associate Specialist will assist in executing private events, including weddings, anniversaries, and private parties.
Responsibilities: - Provide key support to the team by planning, preparing and coordinating meetings with clients and/or vendors, recording discussions and following up after the meeting
- Brainstorming with the team to develop creative concepts and design based on the brief from the clients
- Review proposals and contracts on behalf of clients
- Negotiate quotations and manage budget on behalf of clients, as well as internal costings for each event
- Assist the team with the execution of private events from start to finish
- Update and manage the checklist and timeline for each event, and provide reminders for upcoming tasks for all parties involved
