Job Description
REQUIREMENTS:
Experience 4+ years
Strong experience in Jira Administration
Good hands-on experience with Confluence Administration (Strong)
Experience in Atlassian Data Center and Cloud environments
Proven experience in Atlassian Cloud Migration projects (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket)
Hands-on experience with Atlassian migration tools (Cloud Migration Assistant, JCMA, CCMA, APIs)
Strong understanding of user management, permissions, workflows, and customizations
Knowledge of data integrity, performance optimization, and troubleshooting during migrations
Ability to assess existing environments, identify risks, and define migration strategies
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Experience in documenting processes, best practices, and lessons learned
