Position Overview
The successful candidate will provide essential support to engineering activities. Responsibilities include the installation and relocation of equipment, setting up various types of cabling such as coax, Ethernet, and fiber optics, maintaining and supporting lab equipment, and performing any other tasks necessary to ensure the smooth operation of engineering labs.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities
- Carry out daily tasks as assigned by management to support the engineering team.
- Perform upgrades to software and hardware as required.
- Install coax, Ethernet, and fiber optics cabling.
- Build equipment racks and install devices, following rack elevation and wiring diagrams.
- Work according to priorities set by management and project leads.
- Assist with lab moves, as well as cleaning and organizational activities.
