Position Overview
Job Responsibilities:
Act as the first point of contact for IT Systems/Software/Support, and administer IT service requests Provide day-to-day IT support to employees across the company (including Singapore, regional offices, and retail stores in the Asia Pacific), via phone, email, remote, and face-to-face Provide technical support to End-User-Computing, server, network, and/or cloud infrastructure, as well as perform regular upgrades to ensure systems are updated Troubleshoot system failures or bugs and provide solutions to restore functionality Manage the installation and maintenance of hardware & software, including computers, laptops, printers, mobile devices, projectors, interactive screens, etc Deployment of Operating systems, software applications, and patches on End-User Computing Diagnose and resolve IT software/hardware issues and contact the appropriate service vendors when necessary Recommend solutions and ensure that IT issues have been corrected, and maintain records ...
