Provide system administration support to the Operations and Technology Team, including issue resolution and structured troubleshooting.
Identify system vulnerabilities and performance gaps, and recommend or implement effective improvements.
Design, develop, and maintain automation solutions to improve operational efficiency.
Willing to work on a shifting schedule, and participate in the 24/7 Systems Operations Team on-call rotation. Respond to and resolve critical system incidents in real time.
Perform regular maintenance of software applications and operating systems.
Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including change records, validation documents, and system proposals or recommendations.
