Review and analyze the completeness of practitioner applications
Conduct interviews and activation calls to onboard all prospective candidates
Nurture applicants through our recruitment process via email, phone calls, sms chats
Responsibilities
Full communication to applicants in onboarding process
Vet and approve documents including but not limited to; resumes, practitioner licenses/certifications, liability insurance, supply kits, and any other requested documentation.
Complete all relevant paperwork with candidates who meet the expectations outlined
Assist with other recruitment and therapist engagement related projects
Qualifications
At least 6 months of relevant experience
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and with a team
