What You’ll Do
As an Associate Teacher (AT) at Veritas Prep, you will join a supportive, team-oriented environment designed to foster your growth as an educator. In this role, you’ll play a key part in advancing the academic and social-emotional success of our middle school scholars through the following responsibilities:

• Build Your Teaching Skills: Work closely with experienced educators through mentorship, observation, and hands-on classroom experience to prepare for a future lead teaching role in ELA, Math, Science, History, Special Education, or ESL/MLL.

• Support Instruction: Serve as a substitute teacher when needed to ensure consistency in high-quality instruction.
• Deliver Small Group Instruction: Teach daily academic support lessons (1–10 students) tailored to students who need extra support or enrichment.
