- Partner with Enterprise Support Technical Account Managers to provide services and recommendations that help customers transform, improve operations, and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with AWS engineers, Service Teams, Technical Account Managers, and customers to ensure timely resolution and escalation of support cases and customer requests.
- Liaise with customers during service disruptions to understand and mitigate business impact.
- Access and use customer account tools to derive insights and address customer requests.
- Compile cloud services operational and cost analysis for periodic customer reviews.
