MongoDB Technical Services Engineers use their exceptional problem‑solving and customer‑service skills, along with deep technical experience, to advise customers and solve complex MongoDB problems.

Your primary responsibility is to help customers succeed with MongoDB by troubleshooting issues, advising on architecture, performance, recovery and security, and sharing best practices across the ecosystem.

Work Model

• Start Monday–Friday in‑office for the first 3–6 months, then transition to a permanent Tuesday–Saturday 9am–6pm work week with three in‑office days for weekend coverage.
• Saturdays and Sundays are fully online; no on‑call shifts.
• Occasional off‑site or holiday coverage may be required, announced weeks in advance.
