**Overview**

Element has an opportunity for **Associate Test Technicians** (Seasonal) to join our rapidly expanding SAR team in Columbia, MD. Element is a test facility for wireless device certification, conducting regulatory and conformance testing for network test services. As a member of the operations team at our Columbia, MD lab, the Associate Test Technician position performs a variety of routine and non-routine testing assignments within the department assigned and insures timely and accurate test results under direct supervision. Salary Range: $22.00 - 24.20

Role Type: Non-Exempt (Hourly)

Work Shift Onsite:

**Day Shift** : 6 am - 3 pm (OT will be expected)

**Night Shift** : 4 p.m - 1 am (OT will be expected)

Project Duration: August 2026 - January 2027
