Primary Objective

• As an Associate, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of various mechanical, HVAC and Plumbing projects and the development of the designer and project managers reporting directly to you.
• Strengthen your current client base and develop new clients with the support of the leadership team to advance your career within Reinbold.

Job Description

• Lead and coordinate the design and delivery of projects of varying size; delegate work and attend design and coordination meetings as required.
• Supervise, coach, and mentor Project Managers, Engineers, and Designers to support effective project delivery and professional development.
• Manage an annual portfolio of $500K–$1.5M in revenue while meeting or exceeding target profit margins.
