**Summary:**

**The Associate Vice President (AVP) reports to the vice president and service line physician leader and is responsible for coordinating the Cancer Care Service Line to deliver high-value, patient-centered care. The AVP is accountable to the Vice President, System Chief Nursing Executive for nursing practice. This role provides leadership and oversight for designated strategic initiatives, working collaboratively across the Health System and Academic Enterprise. The AVP partners with Department Chairs, Division Chiefs, Medical Directors, and clinical leadership to execute the vision and direction of the EVP & COO, Clinical Enterprise, and provides ongoing guidance and updates on related plans and initiatives.**
