A Glimpse of the Job

The Associate Vice President for Finance provides strategic and operational leadership for the campus budget and financial activities. This role oversees the development and administration of the university budget, ensures compliance with financial and regulatory requirements, and delivers senior-level financial support and on-going financial analyses to the Chief Operations Officer and other executive leadership. The position also manages departmental business operations, campus compliance, contractual agreements, and risk management functions.
