Summary Statement
The incumbent is responsible for vision, leadership, strategic planning, administrative oversight, and coordination of institution-wide initiatives to increase student success and completion. The incumbent provides strategic direction and oversight for Student Affairs and other student supports and resources. As such, the incumbent collaborates with other administrators within Academic Affairs and across the College to intentionally integrate and coordinate academic and student supports to increase student enrollment, retention, and success. Nature and Scope The incumbent in this senior executive staff position reports to the vice president for academic affairs and is a member of the president’s administrative team.
