At AECOM, we are currently seeking an Associate – Cost Management to join our Galway office.

As an Associate, you will take a leading role in the delivery of Cost Management commissions, with responsibility for ensuring successful outcomes from inception through to completion.

You will:

• Lead the delivery of Cost Management commissions, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and to a high standard of client satisfaction.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to Senior Surveyors, Project Surveyors, and Graduates, supporting their development and performance.
• Act as the primary point of contact for AECOM clients (both new and existing) across assigned projects, building and maintaining strong, trusted relationships.
• Oversee the efficient management of commissions, ensuring effective coordination of resources and delivery teams.
