Roles & Responsibilities
Participate in the day-to-day administration of corporate insolvency and restructuring engagements, which include (i) liquidation, (ii) receivership, (ii) judicial management, (iii) scheme of arrangement, (iv) monitoring / special accountant and (v) debt restructuring. Responsibilities include (list not exhaustive):
Preparing draft letters, notices, emails and reportsSecuring, indexing and safekeeping of books and records.Taking control of the property and assets of the business, followed by realisation / debt recovery processInformation gathering from books / records of clients and third partiesAdjudicating creditors' claimsParticipating in investigatory work to trace assets and assess potential recoveries for creditorsAssisting in the financial review and preparation of restructuring proposalsLiaising with stakeholders, creditors and other business advisors.Particip...
