Roles & Responsibilities - Induce and upkeep a positive vibe and environment, and inculcate positive gym culture
- Delivery of excellent member service and satisfaction
- Ensure brand standards and operating practices are implemented consistently
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the club
- Utilize in-house tools to analyse sales trends, recommend and implement marketing strategy to boost sales performance
- Create and implement monthly social media and marketing content and strategies
- Work with management to step-up sale promotion and event organisation
