Job description - Well verse in Building Contract & Build Conditions of Main Contract
- Overall manage the company’s contractual & legal matters.
- To analyze & prepare tender quotations including taking‑off materials, subcontractors, outsourcing, budget costing, and contractual claims.
- Is responsible for overseeing progressive claims, variation orders, payment, budget & cost control and settlement of final account.
- Handle & Liaise closely with Main Con QS / internal Sub Contractors on all contractual and commercial matters.
Requirements - Degree or Diploma in Civil / Building / Quantity Surveying or its equivalent
- Min 3 years of relevant experiences in the construction industry
- Well versed in Tender Quality Submission and Microsoft Project Software
- Singaporeans or Singapore PR only
