Main Duties And Responsibilities SPECIFIC
Coordinate and supervise budget roll-up for TTSH Campus. Data analytic support for periodic financial budgeting and reporting including analysis of workload and patient mix to revenue and subvention, trending and variance analysis of budget against actuals, etc.
Evaluate OPEX spending and capital investment requests. Review and evaluate business cases and projects for risks and opportunities.
Reviews TTSH Campus’s internal processes, systems, policies and procedures and put in recommendations to ensure business risks are minimized. Work on multi-discipline/departments collaborations and initiatives to drive process improvements and controls.
