As Singapore's lead regulatory and planning agency for the funeral services industry, NEA plays a critical role in ensuring that the regulatory framework governing the sector keeps pace with demographic shifts, evolving industry practices, and public health imperatives. The Memorial Facilities Planning Division is at the heart of this work, overseeing the licensing, regulation, and development of the funeral services industry.
In this role, you will lead the review of the licensing framework, as well as the development of industry landscape surveys to identify capacity gaps in the private funeral services sector.
