Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology



Licensed Medical Technologist (PRC or equivalent)



3+ years lab experience, preferably in a leadership or senior role



Knowledge of clinical lab operations, quality control, and compliance



Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills



Skilled in supervising staff, report review, and equipment troubleshooting
