Key Responsibilities:


+ Lead audit engagements, including planning, fieldwork, and final reporting.

+ Supervise, train, and mentor Associates and Senior Associates; review workpapers and performance.

+ Assess effectiveness of internal controls and recommend process improvements.

+ Identify and resolve complex accounting issues; prepare technical memos and review financial statements.

+ Ensure adherence to GAAP, GAAS, PCAOB standards, and firm audit methodology.
