Responsibilities Provide timely, high quality client service as part of the client engagement teams serving large and small companies in a variety of industries. Develop strong working relationships while working closely with teams to understand and solve clients' complex businesses and challenges. Understanding clients' needs and expectations, their business and industry, accounting and control systems, employees, company values and industry-related GAAP and GAAS issues Developing and demonstrating an understanding of the RSM US audit approach, methodology and tools Performing audit procedures and tests in accordance with the RSM audit methodology based overall audit plan, ensuring proper documentation of work performed. Identifying areas of risk and accounting and auditing issues; discuss with engagement teams to solve issues that arise.
