This is an exciting opportunity to begin your social work career in a supportive team that works with children and young people with disabilities who require ongoing support, safeguarding and intervention. You will build experience working with children in need, those who are looked after, and children subject to child protection plans, helping to improve outcomes through relationship-based, child-centred practice.
