The successful candidate will be involved in all aspects of immigration law, including advising on human rights, nationality issues, employment matters, and visas. Candidates from NQ to senior level will be considered. Experience in handling asylum and immigration cases is crucial, along with a strong understanding of Legal Aid Advice and Assistance. Advocacy experience is also desirable.
