We are looking for an experienced Test Engineer (Test program owner) with hands‑on experience in hardware/software utilized for ATE testing.
Candidate should have direct hands‑on working experience in the following modules:
- Psshorts
- Openshorts
- JTAG/I2C
- Tcct or other equivalent automated test interface
- Basic thermal setup
Experience on Advantest V93K (93K) tester SMT7/8 is required.
Key Responsibilities - Own end to end test program validation, sign off, and production release across silicon lifecycle milestones.
- Act as the single point of accountability for test program quality, readiness, and release health.
- Integrate test content across multiple IP/module owners, ensuring consistency, coverage, and regression.
