In this crucial role, you will be responsible for maintaining and updating department files and records, effectively answering routine enquiries, and attending to customers arriving at the Material Support Facility.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain mandatory forms and databases
Ensure security forms are up to date, compliant and aligned across the Site
Process Inward/Outward visitors in accordance with HMG/Airbus standards
Inform Security Operations Officer of any security issues, as and when they occur
