Position Overview
Description
Key Responsibilities β’ Work together with a team of people with diverse skillsets to produce quality applications using Jira Service Desk. β’ Collaborate with customers, Business Analysts, and cross-functional teams to collect requirements and develop solutions to support the daily needs of a rapidly growing business. β’ Manage and configure complex Jira workflows, screen schemes, permission schemes, and notification schemes. β’ Document requirements and solutions, as well as user and support reference guides. β’ Provide ongoing user support including troubleshooting and resolution of issues. β’ Research, test, and implement add-ons for Jira and Confluence. Potential for helping to develop custom add-ons. β’ Develop interfaces between external tooling and Jira/Confluence infrastructure. β’ Develop specifications and test plans associated with new features or modifications. β’ Perform other related duties as assigned.
