Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in the same field.
Arabic Speaker preferred.
Practical experience in Human Resources, attendance management, or administrative work.
Experience in using attendance and timekeeping systems and related electronic systems; familiarity with ERP systems is preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Ability to prepare reports and communicate professionally in both Arabic and English.
Responsible for managing and monitoring the attendance system, ensuring the accuracy of data and reports, and coordinating with the Human Resources Department and various departments to support efficient operations.
