JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for the safe operation of attractions, shows, and water and dry play areas at Universal Kids Resort theme park while delivering exemplary Guest service. Ensures Guest service recovery standards are met and policies and procedures are followed. Supports effective teamwork across Operations in support of a seamless Guest experience at Universal Kids Resort.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:


+ Ensures the proper use of safety practices and procedures while operating the attraction, show or play area in addition to opening and closing procedures. In a friendly and professional manner, discreetly screens Guests for ride requirements, special access needs, and ushers Guests as necessary.
