Responsibilities The incumbent serves as a senior Attorney Advisor (Legal Advisor) and provides legal advice and counsel on a broad spectrum of difficult and complex Front Office matters. The incumbent independently handles significant coordination matters and sensitive legal assignments involving inter-bureau requests, inter-agency requests, Bureau Chief talking points and executive communications, Congressional inquiries, FOIA matters, records management issues, briefing papers and decision memoranda, and Bureau- and Commission-level releases.
