We are looking for a professional with a law degree and experience in M&A and Corporate Law for our office in Monterrey, Nuevo León.
The ideal candidate will have the following: - A minimum of 5 to 7 years experience in in Merger and Acquisitions or Corporate Law, as a licensed attorney
- Excellent English communication skills (fluency in reading, writing, speaking).
- Strong client service orientation - a client first mentality.
- Ability to develop strong relationships with clients.
- Good communication skills and ability to build a strong working relationship with various stakeholders or clients
- Ability to work well in both a team and individually.
- High sense of urgency
