The ideal candidate is responsible for providing high-level legal support and guidance to attorneys and the broader legal team. This role involves conducting complex legal research, preparing advanced legal documents, and advising on a variety of matters including litigation, real estate, bankruptcy, loan documentation, contract drafting, leasing, and foreclosure.
