The San Francisco office of Lewis Roca seeks a Partner level candidate to join our corporate practice. Must have 8+ years of corporate transactional experience. Experience handling Mergers and Acquisitions required. Equity financing (venture capital and private equity) and general corporate work is a plus. The ideal candidate will have a portable book of business that they are looking to grow, have a strong acumen for leadership and a desire to be an integral part of a growing office. This is an exciting opportunity to expand upon your current client base, while also assisting our current client base within California.
