A growing personal injury litigation firm in San Jose is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to manage cases from intake through resolution. This role is hands‑on and litigation‑focused, with responsibility for high‑value and complex personal injury matters. The ideal candidate is a strong advocate with trial readiness, solid case management skills, and experience handling California personal injury matters.


Responsibilities

+ Manage a full caseload of personal injury litigation matters from pre‑litigation through trial or settlement

+ Conduct all aspects of discovery, including drafting and responding to written discovery and taking/defending depositions

+ Draft pleadings, motions, mediation briefs, and settlement demands

+ Appear in court for hearings, case management conferences, mediations, and trials as needed
