EY Law LLP seeks U.S. Business Immigration Attorneys to provide comprehensive immigration services—including immigrant and non‑immigrant visa applications, PERM, temporary work visas, and advisory support—to organizations and their employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize technical legal and procedural knowledge of U.S. business immigration law, including PERM, NIV, and IV law, to address client needs.
- Prepare, review, and submit non‑immigrant, immigrant, and PERM applications in a high‑volume environment.
- Manage client deliverables and expectations while effectively executing competing priorities.
- Facilitate the legal movement of employees across borders for business travel.
- Supervise law clerks and other client‑service team members.
- Continuously evaluate and enhance best practices for U.S. immigration client service delivery.
Qualifications
