An innovative and rapidly growing technology company in the East Bay Area is seeking an experienced Corporate & Employment Attorney to provide interim legal support during a period of increased workload and ongoing business initiatives. This attorney will partner closely with legal, HR, and business stakeholders to advise on employment-related matters while also supporting a variety of corporate legal functions.

The ideal candidate will be a pragmatic business partner with strong employment law expertise and experience supporting fast-paced, growth-oriented organizations.


Key Responsibilities

+ Advise HR and business leaders on employment law matters, including employee relations, performance management, disciplinary actions, terminations, accommodations, leaves of absence, wage and hour compliance, and workplace investigations.
