This role offers the opportunity to manage plaintiff-side litigation matters in a collaborative office where attorneys work closely together and contribute to meaningful case strategy. Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of lemon law litigation matters from initial case assessment through resolution, adjusting approach based on the complexity and procedural track of each matter.

• Represent clients at court appearances, hearings, depositions, and vehicle inspections while maintaining strong preparation and follow-through at every stage.
