This is a hands-on opportunity to manage your own caseload, work directly with clients, and grow within a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Responsibilities:

+ Manage personal injury and workers’ compensation cases from intake through resolution

+ Meet with prospective clients and evaluate potential claims

+ Develop case strategy and maintain regular client communication

+ Review medical records, insurance policies, and supporting documentation

+ Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and defense counsel
