Our client, an insurance defense firm in Manasquan, NJ, is seeking to add two attorneys to their team. This is a full-time position with flexibility for remote work. The Litigation Associate Attorney will be responsible for handling legal research, drafting motions, preparing for depositions, and representing clients in court proceedings. The practice areas involved will be insurance defense, insurance coverage, product liability, auto negligence, premises liability, commercial litigation, and bad faith and UM/UIM claims. The firm has a relaxed atmosphere and opportunity for growth. Qualified candidates require 1+ years of litigation experience and a penchant for learning!
