This opportunity is suited to a lawyer with experience in distressed financings and syndicated lending who is eager to broaden exposure to structured finance work. • Prepare, revise, and negotiate core financing agreements and related transaction documents for distressed and special situation matters, including customized arrangements for complex deals.
