We are looking for an experienced litigation attorney to join a well-established defense firm. Responsibilities:

• Manage medical malpractice and insurance defense cases through all phases of litigation, from initial evaluation to resolution

• Prepare pleadings, dispositive motions, legal memoranda, and other written submissions with a high degree of accuracy and strategy

• Conduct depositions, participate in court conferences, and handle appearances in both state and federal venues
