• Manage employment litigation cases from initiation through trial, ensuring thorough preparation and strategic execution.

• Participate in defending large class action lawsuits alongside firm principals and senior attorneys.

• Conduct depositions and court appearances as part of discovery and case proceedings.

• Draft and file pleadings, motions, and legal briefs with attention to detail and compliance.

• Represent clients effectively in hearings and other courtroom settings.
